V100 Consultancy Group踏入第10个年头,从当初草创初期,只有几个人的团队,茁壮成长成一个拥有百人的团队,一点也不容易。

《中国报》访问V100的核心人物,包括创办人吴湘灵、商业发展董事曾进强、执行董事黄有为、企业品牌董事郑丁喜时,了解到V100能有今日成就,甚至夺下各项大奖,在业界占有一席之地,还得归功于广大的客户群。

 

今年,V100团队,就夺下北马区Agency Builder冠军,拿下540万令吉的成绩;黄有为也荣得北马区代理经理冠军,曾进强也获得北马区第4最佳组经理,上述4人受访时,都异口同声地,感谢客户长久以来的信任与支持。

 

V100成立初期,面对许多来自业界的竞争,再加上V100主要开发的,是陌生顾客的市场,因此在事业发展上有一定难度。

曾进强荣获丰隆保险2018/2019年度北马区第4最佳组经理及槟城组织冠军。

然而,在V100团队,诚恳及用心的态度,以及努力学习更专业理财知识,不断自我提升之下,渐渐地,V100获得许多客户的信任,飞快成长。

 

除了用心对待客户,V100沿用的Systematically Develop Model(SDM)系统,也居功不少,为该团队发掘不少客户。

这套系统,集合团队成员的经验、知识,简单化地传授队员如何发掘潜在顾客、如何协助顾客等。如今,团队成员也致力于,提升及完善有关系统,使其发挥最大作用。

吴湘灵

V100集团董事吴湘灵:因为信任所以强大

V100的集团董事及创办人之一吴湘灵(43岁),她原本从事物流业,但拥有前瞻性眼光的她,意识到理财规划这一行业,未来将有很大发展空间,因此在2003年毅然转换跑道,加入理财规划业。

 

在累积6年的知识及经验后,她与伙伴,创立V100 Consultancy Group。 她坦言,V100在创立初期,面对许多难题,毕竟公司还新,要在业界获得客户信任不容易。不过,在通过仔细的研究,了解市场所缺乏、所需求,以及团队成员学习各种理财知识,提升学术后,客户也慢慢增加,给予信任。

 

“5年后,我们也成功走入目标客户群,为企业人士、高层、专业人士等进行理财规划。”

 

她感谢客户,当V100什么也不是的时候,愿意给予支持,愿意相信。

 

“谢谢你们,选择相信我们。”

 

在V100里,她就如大家长,时刻关心下属的事业。她分享到,V100沿用的SDM系统,可协助更多年轻人,发展事业。

 

“我希望能把知识、经验,都传承给年轻一代,毕竟,未来需要靠年轻人去打拼。”

 

她也说,上述系统,确实发挥作用,也促使V100加速成长,让V100在2011年,就夺下北马区组经理冠军的殊荣,并连续5年蝉联冠军。

 

此外,她也说,一开始,家人因为担忧,反对她创立公司,不过,到最后家人也给予支持。

 

她也感谢丰隆集团多年来的支持,以及集团董事经理罗月兰的认可。

 

“我也要感谢伙伴们,彼此间的扶持。因为他们的努力,团队渐渐壮大,我很放心。”

黄有为

V100集团董事黄有为:助人为快乐之本

V100集团董事黄有为(30岁),是在10年前加入公司,他的贵人及伯乐,正是V100的创办人吴湘灵。

 

黄有为当年是在一家酒店,担任电话业务销售员,在教会认识吴湘灵,并在她鼓励之下,加入V100。

 

他感谢领导吴湘灵的栽培,顾客、朋友及家人的支持,让他在理财规划这一行业,闯出一片天。

 

去年,其直属团队,就交出380万令吉的业绩,而V100团队则交出540万令吉的成绩。同时,他也在9年里,栽培10个百万圆桌奖的得主。

 

他笑说,当初加入V100,只有21岁,起初真的只是为了赚更多钱。

 

“当时很年轻,当然想赚很多的钱。”

 

然而,在协助许多客户理财、索赔后,他发现,这才是令他感到成就的一点,而这一行业,也并非盲目的赚钱。

 

“每当帮助到有需要的客户,都会让我觉得很有成就、很有意义。”

 

他也承诺,每年都要学习更多专业理财知识,回馈顾客、教导顾客,协助他们做人生理财规划,保障他们的生活。

 

此外,来自单亲家庭的他,家人是他努力发展事业的动力之一。他希望,能给予家人更加美好的生活。

 

他也希望,本身能影响更多年轻人,不仅协助他们发展事业、理财,也协助他们的家人,拥有更好的生活。

 

谈及加入V100后,生活是否更加忙碌而不得不牺牲与家人相处的时光,他说,反而不会。

 

“生活、工作时间分配更平衡,也有更多时间陪伴加家人。”

曾进强

V100集团董事曾进强:认真看待梦想

曾进强(31岁),V100集团董事。18岁开始,就在银行界打拼,也做出亮眼的成绩,才19岁就已经在银行闯出北马个人销售冠军。

 

6年后,即24岁那年,他选择挑战、突破,因此加入V100,加入理财规划这一行业。

 

最辛苦的日子是半工半读,招募及个人销售一起经营,曾进强的母亲经常都加油打气,让他更有力量去完成一次又一次目标。

 

他说很感谢黄有为和他并肩作战,从小团队一起就努力到现在,成就感不只是来自于看到团队这几年来的突破,以及生活的改变而感到无比安慰。

 

他笑说,父亲是在一年后,从报章看到他获得百万圆桌奖,才知道他换了工作。

 

“父亲是个比较内向的人,很少表达自己的爱意,但我知道,他爱着我们,他还偷偷收藏我得奖的照片。”

 

曾进强本身不仅认真看待自己的梦想,也认真看待代理们的梦想。

 

他说:“就算这个梦想,只是代理们随口说说,但我会尽力协助他们,协助他们的事业、协助他们完成梦想。”

 

此外,他也教育着代理,必须懂得感恩、孝顺家人,希望在教育代理们发展事业的同时,也培养良好的价值观。

 

他秉持着“使命,用心记住;梦想、行动、保护”的理念,去看待这一事业。把服务顾客当成是使命,而梦想则必须去行动、追求实现。

 

郑丁喜

V100集团董事郑丁喜:成就别人等于成就自己

郑丁喜(26岁)是V100的集团董事,他在2012年就加入V100的大家庭。当时,他还是半工读的学生。

 

自小,父亲就灌输他,必须读好书,以后才能赚到钱,因此他对金钱的概念很深。

 

他受访时说,16岁开始就出来社会打工,家里有5个兄弟姐妹,他不想成为家中的负担。

 

2012年4月,黄有为找母亲介绍保险,怎料母亲要他去向有为学习,结果,他就加入V100。

 

他说,他刚加入时是一窍不通,一切都需要从零开始学习。他非常感谢黄有为,吴湘灵及团队的用心教导。

 

“学赚钱之余,我也学习如何帮助人们。”

 

当时,他一边做代理,一边到学院上课;毕业后,同学们在找工作 ,而他已是个团队经理。

 

他也在19岁那年,以最年轻的姿态,拿下百万圆桌奖项。

 

他感谢客户,纵使他年龄小,但依然选择相信他。

 

“有顾客担心我太小,信不过,可能在这行待不久,顾客足足等到3年后,才跟我买保单,一买就是60万令吉。”

 

顾客看到其成长,通过观察,也了解到他认真对待事业,并且用心为顾客着想。 郑丁喜说,理财规划这一行业,是个永续型的终身事业,一旦投入,努力发展,即无需再换工作。

 

他也坦言,本身喜欢培养新人,喜欢看人从小苗长成大树,非常满足。

 

“成就别人,就等于成就自己。”

 

他也认为,理财规划这一行业,是一项爱的事业,爱护客户,也爱护团队成员。

 

他说:“人人为我,我为人人”,秉持着大爱精神,他会付出100%的爱与关怀给予团队成员及客户。
