Hong Leong Assurance Accorded Most Valuable Brand Award Of The Year
Kuala Lumpur: Hong Leong Assurance has received the most valuable brand award of the year at the brandlaureate bestbrands awards 2016-2017.
Group managing director and chief executive officer Loh Guat Lan said the award is a recognition of its values – a continuous commitment to excellence, providing innovative product solutions and dedication to exceeding its customers’ needs.
“By using leading technology, we have managed to transform our ways of serving customers better through the digitalisation of our business process while providing a comprehensive online sales platform for digital-savvy users,” she said.
The brandlaureate most valuable brand award is awarded to market leaders who have a track record of pushing the envelope in exploring and expanding on their brand presence.
These awardees meet the needs of consumers with innovative products that ensure that their brand remains relevant, and have demonstrated a positive brand culture that overcomes challenges while withstanding the test of time.
The award adds to the numerous accolades Hong Leong Assurance has received, this includes the domestic life insurer of the year by asian banking and finance during the insurance asia awards 2016.
Over the past 10 years, Hong Leong Assurance has recorded a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 23 per cent per annum in new business regular premium, a figure that surpasses the industry’s CAGR of 8 per cent per annum in the same period.
For the financial year of 2015/2016, Hong Leong Assurance closed with a record-breaking RM2.79 billion in total gross premiums.
